Roger Padullés , tenor
Born in Sallent and later settled in Valls, the tenor Roger Padullés began his vocal training at the Escolania de Montserrat. He continued his studies at the Escola de Música de Cambrils and performed with various choral groups such as the Verge del Camí́ choir in Cambrils, or the Capella Príncep de Viana. As a soloist, and attracted by the German Lied, he moved to study singing in Freiburg im Breisgau (Germany) on a scholarship from the Generalitat de Catalunya with R. Pinheiro. In 2009 he won Second Prize at the Francesc Viñas International Competition, as well as the Plácido Domingo Prize.
After his time in Freiburg, he completed his operatic training at the Opera-Studio theater in Strasbourg (France) and immediately began a professional career that has led him to sing, among others, at the Gran Teatre del Liceu de Barcelona, the Teatro Municipal de Santiago…
